Lane Community College was founded in 1964. More than 36,000 students are enrolled in the college. The main campus is located in Eugene, Oregon. The college also operates through other locations, such as, Downtown Center in Eugene, centers in Cottage Grove and Florence, and a Flight Technology Center at the Eugene Airport. The college offers several instructional programs, like, transfer credit programs, professional technical degree and certificate programs, continuing education noncredit courses, programs in English as a Second Language and International ESL, GED programs, and customized training for local businesses.
