Entry requirementsApplicants without a bachelor?s degree must complete the HSC Core Curriculum or the core curriculum of another Texas public university or college, in addition to the MOT program prerequisites. Many program prerequisites will satisfy core curriculum requirements. Applicants with a bachelor?s degree are required to complete only the program prerequisites (see ?Core Curriculum? and ?Program Prerequisites,? below).Program prerequisite grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0.Completion of Texas core curriculum coursework with a grade of C or better (see ?Core Curriculum?); required of applicants without a bachelor?s degree.Completion of program prerequisites with a grade of C or better (see ?Program Prerequisites?); required of all applicants.

Application details Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply early and submit complete applications with all supporting materials to receive priority review. There is NO application fee. Applications are reviewed by an Admissions Committee composed of faculty members representing all 11 tracks in the IMGP. Highly qualified applicants are invited for interviews beginning early in the Spring semester. GRE scores should be sent directly to the Registrar by listing Code No. 6908 on the Educational Testing Service forms. Potential applicants are encouraged to discuss their interests with the Chair of Admissions and with faculty members whose research is in relevant areas.
