Bournemouth University (BU) welcomes students from around the world. The BU community includes over 17,000 students of which 1,500 are international students from around 130 countries. In the 2008/09 academic year there were 80 students from India studying at the University. BU offers a supportive learning environment for international students and welcomes the diverse perspectives and experiences that they bring.

We encourage students, who wish to join BU, to apply at their earliest possible opportunity. They are required to fulfill certain entry requirements and to follow the steps in the admission process prior to entry at the university. BU has a dedicated International Admissions Team to handle all international (non-UK) applications.
