MDIS Business School
The largest and most established school at the Institute, the MDIS Business School (MBS) is also one of the biggest business schools among private education organisations in Singapore, with a yearly intake of more than 4,000 students.
The School offers over 40 programme ranging from certificates and diplomas to bachelor’s, master’s degrees and a doctorate degree. MBS has launched specialisations in the areas of entrepreneurship, international business, and banking and finance to meet the needs of the working professionals who yearn to learn more, stay relevant and be kept abreast of changes to their career development.
It works with five renowned university partners from the United Kingdom, Australia and France. These include the University of Bradford, University of Wales, Edith Cowan University, Southern Cross University and the Grenoble Graduate School of Business.
MBS has nearly 600 associate lecturers who have been drawn on their passion for teaching, experience in working with organisations worldwide, and insights gained from imparting knowledge to students who hail from over 66 countries.

The MDIS School of Media and Communicationsis one of the first schools to offer mass communications degreeprogrammes and also the first in Singapore to offer them from anAmerican university– the Oklahoma City University.
All programmes offered are industry-focused, relevantand of high quality standard. MDIS has its very own fully-equipped masscommunications studio, the first PEO to have such facilities forpractical training. Students will learn the ropes of film andtelevision production, exposing them to a wide spectrum of roles suchas producers and directors.
MDIS School of Life Sciences
Established in 2001, the MDIS School of Life Sciences is the first private institution in Singapore to offer life sciences programmes. The School’s up-to-date and rigorous programmes are offered in partnership with the University of Bradford from the United Kingdom.
Classroom knowledge aside, students also gain hands-on experience in the School’s state-of-the-art laboratories, and can even get the chance to work on commercial research projects.
With specialisations in pharmaceutical management, cellular and molecular pathology, medical biochemistry and Good Manufacturing Practice, graduates can look forward to pursuing an enormous diversity of careers in research and clinical laboratories, as well as the biomedical, pharmaceutical and biologics industries.

Launched in 2007, the MDIS School of Tourism and Hospitality has to date, more than 2,000 students from over 20 countries who have joined the School.
The Hospitality Training Centre, Tropical Breeze, which occupies afloor area of 1,400 square feet at MDIS UniCampus, has three mainpracticum: front office service operation with Micros Fidelio PropertyManagement System, food and beverage service operation withwell-equipped bar counter facilities, and housekeeping serviceoperation with a mock-up hotel guest room.

MDIS School of Technology and E-Learning
Established in 2002, the MDIS School of Technology and E-Learning aims to help students in Singapore and throughout the region gain a foothold in the IT industry by providing a comprehensive suite of programmes that focus on a broad-based, holistic education that is technology-driven.
The School offers programmes in Information Technology, Computer Security, Network Administration and Design, Business Computing, Digital Media and Mobile Technology. It produces graduates who are able to secure advanced standing in many good universities worldwide, as well as graduates who are much sought after by the industry.
