The three-hectare MDIS UniCampus offers the latest facilities and services to its students:

• biomedical laboratories
• computer laboratories
• hospitality training centre 
• media hub 
• a gymnasium
• an amphitheatre that can house art performances and other events
• a library with over 150,000 print and online resources.

Tech-savvy campus
The UniCampus is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing students internet access anywhere in the campus. In addition, MDIS enhances students’ learning experience with the Blackboard Learning System and Video Streaming Technology which allow them online access to lecture notes, learning resources and recorded lessons anytime, anywhere.

MDIS has another learning centre, MDIS Dhoby Ghaut, located at Orchard Road.

Accommodation
There is a wide variety of accommodation options in Singapore, to fit different students’ budgets. International students can approach MDIS for assistance on the accommodation arrangement.

On the cards is the MDIS Integrated Hostel, an integrated 15-storey building within the MDIS premises. Especially meant for international students, the new hostel will have 782 rooms and up to 14 suites, a 495-seat lecture theatre and an 11-stall cafeteria with a seating capacity of up to 600. This self-sustained integrated hostel will be ready by 2010.

MDIS will be investing up to S$100 million of its own cash reserves in its Stirling Road UniCampus; S$80 million will be used to build the integrated 15-storey hostel and teaching facilities, and the remaining S$20 million will be used for the development of its new 6-storey administrative wing.

MDIS Career Assistance Unit (CAU)
The Career Assistance Unit was formed specially for MDIS students and members to train and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to increase their chances of securing jobs.

They assist their graduates in their job search, and students can submit the Resume Application Form via the MDIS Career Portal. The CAU also organises job fairs at MDIS UniCampus.
