Accommodation

There are a wide range of accommodation options available to students while studying at UniSA, including student apartments, student hostels, residential colleges and private rental.

Residential Colleges
The Residential Colleges are located in North Adelaide, within walking distance to the City. They include fully-furnished units with separate bedrooms,  shared dining, bath and recreation facilities. Meals, as well as power, gas and water supply are provided. Students also benefit from the pastoral care and library facilities available here.

Student Hostels
Located mostly in the suburbs of Adelaide, the Student Hostels are a good option for independent living (though supervision is provided in some hostels). They are usually self-catering, but some provide meals. They include fully-furnished units with separate bedrooms, shared large kitchens, dining, bathrooms and recreation facilities

Student Apartments
Located within walking distance to the University campuses, these fully-furnished self-catered apartments make for comfortable independent living. Students usually pay for their own utilities (power, gas and water).

Private Rental
Students can look for vacancies in UniSA Rental Database, real estate agencies and the newspapers. These privately- rented and self-catered houses may be unfurnished or fully-furnished, and can be shared with other tenants also.
