On-campus accommodation is available at the following campuses:
Hawthorn:
- UniLodge at Swinburne Place- These fully-furnished terraces, townhouses, studios, and apartments accommodate 371 students. All apartments are fully secured, and bedrooms in shared apartments are lockable. Shared facilities include laundries, study/tutorial rooms, an outdoor barbecue area and car parking.
- Swinburne Residential College- Winburne Residential College incorporates 84 fully furnished rooms. The College offers a safe and supportive environment particularly suited to students who have not lived away from home previously.
- Swinburne Student Apartments- Swinburne Student Apartments have 156 rooms with two or three bedrooms in each apartment. The apartments are partly furnished and have broadband internet connection.
Lilydale:
Lilydale Student Village- The Village includes 25 luxury apartments each containing four to five separately keyed bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge/study area. Sixteen apartments have en-suite bathrooms and nine have twin-share bathrooms. Wheelchair access and facilities for the specially-abled are also available in a number of apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished and is within walking distance to the Lilydale train station, supermarket and local shops.
Apart from the on-campus accommodation, international students can also choose from renting and sharing, homestay, and temporary accommodation.
