The tafe is well reputed and the students are very friendly so are the staff. This has made my student life easier and very enjoyeable.
Selection process and gaining admission
I applied through vtac via email.
I am under fee help, i filled up an application form and later i was granted fee help assistance.
I am studying hospitality which is very much in demand. Apart from cooking i also has RSA certificates with which we can work at bars, I love and enjoy working at bars more than cooking. I am just here for the diploma and to secure myself a job later on. The tutors are funny people, sometimes they dont cook well and dont admit it at all.
We have lot of facilities, it depends what you are after. I reckon theres a club for almost any reason or occassion. I am staying with my friends and i am still being funded by my parents for my personal expenses. Once i get a certificate from here, i will be working in hospitality industry.
Huge prospects, this course trains you to be a chef which i hate, but i have to in order to get my rent paid and for my personal expenses. I reckon anyone can become a cook, we dont not to stress out in exams too.
