The Masters program at Birmingham is good. My professors are good and the night life is superb in Birmingham. On the whole, I am enjoying myself.
Selection process and gaining admission
IELTS is the main exam to enter in to the UK. I have used the educational counselor for all my visa and admission process and I did my IELTS coaching class in the same place. It is easy to get the ticket to UK and I had a good journey with AIR-INDIAN, I booked the ticket at the last moment so I dint get any student fare. Finally I landed at London Heathrow airport and it is 2 hrs train journey to my place. For immigration I submitted all my documents.
My professors are good. We don’t have any sports facility, to speak of.
It is very difficult to get a part time job inside the university, night life is superb in Birmingham, not bad. There is an international student society in my university, but they are not active.
We have to work hard to find a job. As far as I know there is no campus placement in process.
