Bangor is an extremely special place for geography. Throw in all the benefits that north Wales has to offer, and you are talking about a degree with an edge. A university where each of your lecturers knows you by name, a wonderfully supportive group of staff, committed to your success and well being.
At the university we have peer guides and mentors you can talk to and a model student support network. Field trips are varied and independent research is encouraged and rewarded. The geography degree has the flexibility to reflect your changing interest. Integrated into the degree are the professional internships where you can gain valuable professional experience, as I did at the East London Citizens organisation in June 2007.
Bangor offers so much, with a fantastic range of clubs and great sports facilities. There is something for everyone here. You can enjoy your life here the way you really wanted to. So dont miss it.
