There are no entrance exams. Just an online application. The visa is provided in the students package that you receive upon acceptance to the university. Getting tickets to Singapore from India is very easy. I flew by Singapore airlines. No student fare was given to me. NUS is about 30 minutes by cab from the airport. You have to pay for excess baggage. But the weight limit was enough to carry all I had. No immigration problems. There is a meet and greet service but I did not use one.

It is a great program. Professors are pretty good. Lecture halls are huge and really good. We have quite a few libraries and some of them provide a huge variety of books.

I Living on campus in a single room. It is a simple room with a bed, computer table, drawers and a cupboard. All sports facilities are available on campus. Career centre provides some jobs. Singapore is a safe and nice place to live. It is quite hot most of the year.

Jobs are usually easy to get. Career centre helps when needed. Lots of companies come here for recruitment process.
