Overall experience

Teachers and students are very friendly and helpful. My only advice to students is to get enrolled in a course that you truly believe and enjoy. Don't enroll for the sake of gaining a diploma.

Selection process and gaining admission

Selection process was by interview and short test. Be yourself, listen, show interest, ask questions and don't be disappointed if you have to try again.

Funding and scholarships

Tafe was very reasonably priced. They are willing to help if your financial situation is not the best.

Your study experience

The course is mostly theory based with fun and hands-on activities. Tutors are very knowledgeable, helpful, funny and caring.

Your life experience

Northern Beaches Institute provides great facilities to its students and it is upgrading to accommodate as many students as possible.

Job prospects

Job prospects in hospitality increased dramatically, however hospitality is not for me so I am now booking at other avenues to study.
