My advice would be to try and do a lot of internships and trainings. They will help a lot.
Selection process and gaining admission
I had to give the GRE and the TOEFL. I prepared for them by taking coaching at IMFS. I also hired a counselor; Young Buzz. Visa process was very smooth. It was easy to get tickets. I chose Lufthansa. They gave me student luggage as well as excess baggage. There was no "Meet and Greet" program.
There are opportunities for part time and for scholarships.
I like the program structure. Professors have a room for improvement. Lecture halls are pretty good. Library is very nice.
I live off campus. The social scene is nice on weekends. Weather is very extreme. There is an international student society in your college; they just deal with administrative work.
There is a placement cell. But it is not at all easy for international students to get a job. I am not sure how the placement process works. A lot of global organizations attend these events. Work permit process is easy but it takes some time. There is a big alumni network. I don't have more info on this.
Would you recommend your institution to future students?
