ACU is a university that offers some great courses and provides a very conducive learning atmosphere. The MIT program that I have taken up is great. Students will really enjoy their stay here.

I had taken IELTS for my admission. IELTS was easy so I prepared for it by myself. For visa processing, I took the help of a consultancy. We need a student visa to enter Australia. I didn't have any interview for my visa. I went to Australia by Singapore airways. The Airlines offered me a student discount. My first flight experience was good and I enjoyed it. There were no immigration issues at the port of entry.

I took this program as I am more interested towards the IT field. The program was structured well, but there is always some scope for improvement! All the academic facilities like libraries, labs and lecture halls are really good. The library has good collection of books.

My accommodation is with my friends outside campus. International students can get a part time job easily but depends on what type of job he/she is looking for. Weather is pleasant. I am enjoying my stay here. The people are friendly and there are a lot of clubs and societies where one can make new friends and probably cultivate a great hobby!

I am not sure about the placement cell but I heard that they help students in training them with new skills required for getting a job.
