The MBA course offered in this College is fairly intensive, comprehensive and challenging. The course is not only an academic degree but also a professional one. I see some of the main benefits of the course as learning how to handle pressure, how to manage time when working on projects and how to work independently as well as in a team.
Selection process and gaining admission
I had taken the GMAT. I required a visa for studying in US. My visa interview was just for a minute it was very easy. I came by continental airlines and landed in Syracuse. There was no "meet and greet" service offered by the college.
The assistantship provided is not that good as compared to last year.
The program structure is quite intense but it's the same case with most of the universities.
I am living in 2 bed room apartment. International students find it hard to get a job in the university but they get jobs in the food courts. The social scene is that good. Its gets really cold during the winters.
The college has a placement cell but not much global organizations visit these events. There is an alumni society and they help with the placements.
