It was wonderful experience I had and I enjoyed it a lot at Griffith University. I have chosen Accounting because i want to be an accountant. After i have finished my Bachelor in accounting in India, i was really thinking to get an international degree. my advice is be positive, think positive, work hard and never get disappointed because success is not easy to get, so have faith in ourself, and one more thing is please get good communication skill which means Fluent English is a must.

It was an easy going task when i applied to come to Griffith university. When i finished my bachelor degree i have started to search on internet the country i would go and the city which I can afford to live as well as the main prospect is which University i should have to be in for masters. at last i found everything on the internet. they provided an email address so i contacted them via mail they send me all the necessary documents and than i went to an agent for further process. it was very easy selection process comparatively now because australia needs accountant that time, my advice is do not take decision without any more information, take your time and get as much information about the city, university and accommodation as you can get.

There are several scholarships available at Griffith University. There are different criteria like some scholarships are for citizen only and some are for international student only. You get 50% funding of total fees. University has all information about scholarships on their website.

I was doing a masters of accounting which really has a great future. The best bits are studying accounting in Australia because they have a different style here and different country laws then what i had studied in india. it was a quite interesting part during my studies. i was studying 17hours a week plus 10hours working on assignments and projects. the very good support is online student support that means students can ask their questions related to their course to lecturers online so they get answers as soon as possible. tutors and lecturers are very supportive and cooperative. They alwas helped me when I need them.

Griffith university has numerous facilities that really fulfill students requirement during their course period. i got all study material on web, also got past examination paper, students can access internet on library as well as uni has study room in each block, students have used library 24hours 7 days. the college is in city so easy to get public transport any time. our local people are so friendly and polite and helpful. accomodation is like cottage, units and sharing accomodation. part time work is easy to get.

yes i do believe that my studies have increased my job prospets. As i am working as an Accountant from Oct 2008 in very reputed company. and i am really happy to work there.
