The placements you get for hospitals is not enough choice you get. The good places are choosen before you login eventhough you are quick enough.
Selection process and gaining admission
Selection process was really hard and stressful. My advice is to appl yto a few places or universities without considering other factors and them think of moving.
there are no scholarships or funding available. You need to have enough funds beforehand and then work part-time whilst you are studying.
My course was very interesting. You get to know something new everyday or learning by doing. I had to study approx. 40 hours a week. Unfortunately, my lecturers and tutors were not very friendly, some just were not approachable. But I somewho got the study support I needed.
The facilities at my university were pretty good. The campus is close to public transport and there are a lot of parking facilities. I live in an appartment and it's good. It is very hard to find a job at the moment. We do have a student union and it's not bad. Yes, i have joined a club.
Of course, my job prospects have increased as a result of my studies. I am keeping in touch with my fellow alumni. There is a Deakin alumni association. I am now working as a registered nurse.
