My career was progressing very well, but I realised that, as I moved up the corporate ladder, I needed to keep learning and sharpening my skills and competencies, thus I enrolled my MBA at University of Sheffield. It gave me knowledge and experience, which has made me more competent, skilled and confident.
The University of Sheffield MBA was taught in many ways, including lectures, tutorials, case-study discussions, analysis and presentation, group work (resolving complex issues), and guest lectures. A lot of the private study was conducted in groups, and I found this to be a very exciting way of learning. The assessment was a combination of written exams, essays, assignment reports and group presentations
My experience has been always amazing.
On returning to India I went back to Colgate and was promoted because of my MBA. However, within a year, I started to get some spectacular job offers. Currently I am working as Vice President HR for Johnson and Johnson India.
