This program curriculum offers a single, unified bachelor?s degree program in electronics and computer engineering technology to prepare students to take on the technological challenges of the 21st century. It provides a strong and comprehensive foundation in both areas, and technical electives are available for students to concentrate in either or both fields depending on their interests.
Associate of Science Degree Program in Surgical Technology

In this program students will learn the instrumentation and language of the operating room. They will be able to perform in the sterile environment and work closely with the surgeons and other members of the surgical team.

The associate of science degree in computer programming requires at least 63 hours including the core computer science courses and approved electives selected from computer science, mathematics, statistics, accounting, management, and engineering technology. The list of approved electives may be obtained from the Department of Computer Science.

This program is for the preparation of social studies educators. The alumni teach throughout Arkansas, go on to graduate school in history, public history, and education, and work in local museums as educators. In the history-social studies education program, students gain experience in research, writing, and discussion in history, geography, political science, economics, and behavioral sciences, as well as practical teaching experience through three field placements in local schools.
