Course description The program is committed to providing students with the most current information on the timeliest of Organization Development topics and mirroring the trends and activities apparent in management today.

Subjects covered MGMT 500 Accounting, MGMT 521 Career and Human Resource Planning, MGMT 522 Ethics and Social Responsibility in Management, MGMT 530 Organizational Behavior, MGMT 540 Data Processing and Management, MGMT 581 Team Building, MGMT 585 High Performance Work Systems/Large Group Interventions, MGMT 586 International Organization Development, MGMT 591 Contemporary Trends in Change Management (1) - (Students will complete three MGMT 591 classes during the program), MGMT 593 Process Consultation, MGMT 596 Statistics, MGMT 600 Independent Study, MGMT 612 Methods of Organizational Research, MGMT 634 Strategy, Structure and Decision Making, MGMT 671 Strategic Management, MGMT 690 Management Internship ("Independent Study") (4) - Each quarter students will complete four credit hours devoted to field experience. MGMT 691 Advanced Topics in Organization Development (1) - Students will complete three MGMT 691 classes during the program.

Entry requirementsStudents must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and show high probability of success in the program and the profession. For applicants whose native language is not English, a TOEFL test score of 600 on paper-based test or a score of 250 on the computer-based test for international applicants is required. (Minimum score may vary as ETS revised the exam). Applicants who do not meet the stated admission requirements for full admission may be considered for probationary admission.

Application details Students submit a Nonrefundable application fee $40 payable by personal check or money order along with the International Graduate application. To apply for admission the first step is to call or write to the International Programs Office at Benedictine University and request an application package or fill out an application online. In order to process students application, they have to provide us with all required admission documents: Benedictine University international student application; Personal statement; Copy of Passport (personal information page only); Transcripts and ECE evaluations; Standardized test scores; References; Language proficiency; Evidence of financial support - Confidential Financial Statement of Support; Health form and Immunization.
