Concord Associates is an independent management development consultancy which was established in 1996 and which became a limited company in 2004. The company has a Management Consultancy which provides tailor made solutions to each job. The consultancy also delivers Open University courses. The Mediation Service offered by Concord supports the Department of Cultural Affairs and Her Majesty's Courts Service in their intention to raise awareness and the availability of mediation as an alternative to court and responds to the Department's Proportionate Dispute Resolution Strategy.
