Course description This program provides students with advanced writing and presentation skills, the ability to handle and analyse information and also experience in organising and completing projects. Above all, they will have a commitment to continued learning and an appreciation of its importance to their professional success in the future. These personal attributes will give them social confidence and equip them well for the many stimulating fields in which arts graduates find employment. These include advertising, administration, clerical, education, government, journalism, management, media, retail and research. The fields of study in this program include Contemporary Arts and Cultural Industries, Contemporary Society and Culture, Film and Screen, History and Cultural Heritage, Islamic Studies, Languages and Cultures, Literature and Writing and Media and Communications. This is a globally recognised qualification that prepares them to be an innovator, communicator and creator in a wide range of challenging careers. They will always be employable and they will not just have a job.
Entry requirementsStudents must have completed Year 12 of secondary school or equivalent academic achievement. They must also satisfy the following English language requirements: TOEFL a minimum score of 550 or a computerised TOEFL score of 213 or an internet-based score of 79 (no score less than 19) or IELTS a minimum overall band score of 6.0 with no sub-score of less than 5.5 or ISLPR score not less than 3 in each skill. English test results must not be more than two years old.

Applicants currently studying an Australian Year 12 qualification (either in Australia or off-shore) or an International Baccalaureate in Australia or a New Zealand National Certificate of Education Achievement Level 3 should apply through Universities Admissions Centre Apply-by-Web service. All other International students applying from within or outside Australia on the basis of other than Australian Year 12 qualifications should apply directly to Griffith International.
