Course description This program provide specific professional development to approved International students from the Beijing Normal University (Zhuhai campus). This program will allow suitably qualified students from Beijing Normal University (BNU) to undertake the first two years of their Bachelor of Arts degree at BNU and then articulate into the Bachelor of Arts in Education at Griffith with 160 credit points of advanced standing. The degree majors undertaken at BNU must include English majors. Upon completion of this program, students will be eligible to apply to practice as English teachers in career paths across primary, middle years and secondary education in The People's Republic of China (PRC).

Entry requirementsStudents must possess the first two years study of the Bachelor of Arts (with English majors) at Beijing Normal University (Zhuhai campus) and attained an English language standard of IELTS 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5. Students who have not met the English language requirements may be eligible to attend a preliminary intensive language program at Griffith.

Applicants currently studying an Australian Year 12 qualification (either in Australia or off-shore) or an International Baccalaureate in Australia or a New Zealand National Certificate of Education Achievement Level 3 should apply through Universities Admissions Centre Apply-by-Web service. All other International students applying from within or outside Australia on the basis of other than Australian Year 12 qualifications should apply directly to Griffith International.
